What is a heatwave?
A heat wave is a period of time in uncomfortably hot and humid weather. A heatwave should at least be 1 day or several days but sometime its couple of weeks.
The heat wave in 2011 in the U.S was massive. It was from Washington till Texas. The records say that the U.S hasn’t experienced this heat in 140 years! This is a problem because people die from heat waves. Heatwaves are really dangerous!
